  1. 小資上班族組: 特別為單身上班族設計，魚片；魚種以較小尺寸為主，一人食用決不浪費。
  2. 小家庭組: 適用於小家庭，讓餐餐都有新鮮好魚。
  3. 專業老饕組: 喜愛海魚的老饕千萬別錯過，特殊魚種也可以幫忙找尋喔!
  • 產地: 台灣。
  • 保存方式: 新鮮現流鮮魚，魚肚清好並冷凍保存，本產品絕無添加防腐劑及保鮮劑，請放置冰箱冷凍以確保鮮度，開封後請盡早料理食用。
  • 保存期限: 6個月。建議盡早嘗鮮，好魚不要一直儲藏在冷凍櫃喔!

  • 解凍方式:
    •  1.過程中勿將真空袋剪開。
     2.於烹調前6-8小時，將真空包由冷凍移至冷藏解凍，或將真空包直接泡水15-30分左右，(因季節而異)，即可退冰料理。
     3.勿長時間置於室溫下或長時間泡水解凍。
     4.解凍後剪開真空包裝，下鍋前先清洗魚身並以廚房紙擦乾，並請立即料理完畢。
